Here are some recent pics of the boys. They are getting so big and doing so many things. I think Mac is about to be able to pull himself up on things and into the crawl position. They are really taking an interest in each other. Always wanting to look at each other, touch each other and laugh at each other.

Updates

They boys had a check-up on Wednesday. Mac weighs 13 lbs, 2 ozs (24th percentile). He is 24 1/2 in. (26th percentile). Sam weighs 14 lbs, 5 ozs (47th percentile) and is 25 1/2 in (74th percentile)!!! They are both rolling over and talking a lot. Lee is very good at making them laugh! And they are very good at making us laugh!

Cute new picture. They are both chatterboxes and Mac is rolling over. He is very active and is in a different spot in his crib every time I check on him. Sam is very sweet and loves to have "conversations" with people. He likes to immitate sounds that we make and stick his tongue out when we do. They are both grabbing at things and holding onto them.

Talking so much

Both boys are talking so much...Sam mostly talks when he wants attention, especially when I am feeding Mac. Mac has some consonants in his coos like "ah-goo" and one time he even said "a-book". They are getting so big, I can't believe how quickly they've grown out of things. They both, especially Mac, love movies like Baby Einstein and Finding Nemo. They love to go for walks in the evenings and look at the light shining through the leaves on trees.

Whoa, Mac is talking up a storm! He is cooing a lot the past couple of days. He has really developed a voice. Also, he is a very muscular little boy! Here is a picture of him chillin' out with Sam. Sam has been smiling a lot lately, especially when we play with his legs and feet. He loves playing "this little piggie."

Appointment day

So, they had their 2 month (they are a little over two months) appointment today. Sam is 10 lbs 15 ozs (25%tile) and Mac is 10 lbs 4 ozs (around the 20%tile)! She said that they look wonderful (of course)! They can also sleep almost through the night if they want-they should have one feeding at night. Here is a short video taken a couple of days ago. First blog

This is the first blog for Sam and Mac! We love to keep our family and friends updated on our wild pair. They have been cooing and playing with toys a little lately. They have also been smiling a lot more (although some of that may just be due to gas ;). They have an appointment on friday and at that time we'll know their weights and whether we can start letting them sleep through the night (keep your fingers crossed for us!). They will also be given two vaccines. More pictures are on the way...
